I’m a 2nd year PhD maths student based at the University of Edinburgh, jointly supervised by Davide Michielleto & Tudor Dimofte. I work primarily on the intersection between mathematics, computer science and biophysics, using machine learning to investigate problems in knot theory spanning both topology, geometry, and applications further afield.

• Teaching assistant at the University of Edinburgh for machine learning, linear algebra, differential geometry, and introductory Python.
• Spot-a-Knot, a game about telling knots apart, featured in Physics World.
• A Jupyter tutorial introducing machine learning through knots, written for graduate mathematicians.
